If you'd like to return your item, just follow these steps:

1. Get in touch with us via email at info@theweenwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include a photo of the product with the label still attached.
3. Once we’ve checked everything, we’ll send you the return address.

1. Returns are only accepted within Europe.
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. We recommend tracked shipping to ensure it arrives safely.

Once we receive the jacket in its original condition, your refund will be on its way — no bones about it! 🐶
