Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase from The Ween Wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return & Exchange Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all original labels and tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where applicable
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing labels will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange
- A photo of the product clearly showing the label attached
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and address.
⚠️ Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exchange shipping costs are also covered by the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee (Refunds Only)
For refunds, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- The refund amount will be minus the 10% restocking fee
- Shipping costs are not refunded
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and with original labels attached
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange
Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the replacement item.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original labels or tags
- Items returned after the 30-day period
