What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you choose one of these methods, you’ll be redirected to their platform to complete the payment and then back to our store.

Where is my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that refunds are made for the value of the returned products only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and allows you to track orders more easily and access your order history.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, stock availability, or if the order does not pass our security checks.

If your order has been canceled and you’re unsure why, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short window of time between placing an order and when it is processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@theweenwear.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they have been placed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist before the order is processed.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Returns

Returns and exchanges.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We offer returns and exchanges exclusively within Europe. All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and must comply with our return conditions.

How do I return an item?

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@theweenwear.com.

Once your request is approved and your return meets our criteria, we will email you a return note. Please print this document and include it inside the package when sending your item back to us.

What are the conditions for returning a jacket?

To keep returns fair (and hygienic) for everyone, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The original tag is still attached
  • The jacket is unused and unwashed
  • It’s been tried on indoors only (no outdoor adventures)
  • It’s returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition
  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery

If any of these conditions aren’t met, we may not be able to accept the return.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take clear photos of the item and contact our customer service team at info@theweenwear.com, including your order details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

If you simply wish to return the product, it must be unused, tried on over undergarments only, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.

How long does it take to return an item?

Return transit times depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Refunds are usually processed within three business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, a 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

What kind of winter jacket is The Ween Wear?

The Ween Wear is a true winter jacket, not a lightweight coat.
It’s designed for cold days when dachshunds need real protection — combining insulation, comfort, and a fit that works with their body instead of against it.

This is the jacket you reach for when it’s not “a bit chilly”, but actually cold.

Is this jacket meant for short walks or longer outings?

Both.
The insulation keeps warmth consistent whether it’s a quick morning walk or a longer winter stroll. The fleece lining helps your dog stay warm without overheating at the start or cooling down halfway through.

How does the jacket handle cold wind and damp conditions?

The outer fabric helps block wind and moisture, while the fleece lining holds warmth close to the body.
Together, they prevent the “cold creep” dachshunds often feel when wind or damp air hits their long backs and low bellies.

Where do you ship orders from?

Orders are shipped from our logistics center in Madrid, Spain. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Spain and Portugal and selected European Union countries. You can read more in our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within Europe.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

No, because we don't ship outside of the European Union at the moment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is made up of two stages: order processing and shipping transit.

Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping transit times (estimated):

  • Spain & Portugal: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 4–10 business days (standard), 2–7 business days (express)
